Can I cancel my order once made?
You may cancel your order at any time up until 8 days after you have received your package by emailing email@example.com
Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to prevent you being charged or the item being shipped. Therefore, when you have received your package please return it in accordance with the instructions given on the enclosed Returns Form and as repeated below.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We offer a 28 day money back guarantee if you're in anyway dissatisfied with the products you have ordered.
To benefit from this guarantee just notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org that you will be returning all or part of your order within 8 days of receiving your package; and after you have notified us, please return the products to us at the address below within 28 days of receiving your order, unused and in its original packaging.
For EU Customers: Send your return via a prepaid, insured, traceable method. Please retain your shipping documentation so that you can trace your return in the event that the goods are lost in transit. If in the UK, send your return via the Royal Mail. We recommend that you register your package as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
For International Customers (including US): Send your return via a prepaid, insured, traceable method. All international returns must be sent via UPS, not DHL or FEDEX. We regret that failure to do so will result in extra charges being levied against your return. You must put “British Returned Goods” on any airway bill or similar documentation in order to avoid VAT and import duties. You are responsible for any custom or import duties that may be applied to this package when returning goods to us.
Your order should include a document with the above return information and a Returns form. Please also enclose a note with the return, ensuring that the following information is included:
Contact telephone number and/or email address
Number of Items Returned
Whether you'd like your refund to be credited to your credit card

Will I be charged for shipping on exchange items?
Unless the items are faulty, we charge our standard shipping costs for delivery of exchange items
My item is faulty, what do I do?
If you believe any of the garments we have supplied you is faulty, you should return the item to us at the address below within six months of purchase together with a note explaining what you believe to be the problem.
When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution. This typically involves offering you either a replacement, repair or refund.
When will I be refunded?
We will refund you the full costs of the items you have returned within 28 days of your cancellation notice or the date we receive the goods, whichever occurs first. Unless you let us know otherwise on the return form, your refund will be credited to your Credit Card . Please note that we can only refund the credit card you originally used to place your order. Refunds do not include shipping costs, unless the items you received were faulty.
